Every studio reservation includes access to multiple styled sets and flexible shooting areas, including: • Living room–style set • Office and desk setups • Dedicated headshot area • Black and pink backdrop options The studio is designed to give you variety without needing to move locations — perfect for brand shoots, lifestyle content, and social media campaigns.

The total studio space is 20 ft x 20 ft - the headshot area with backdrop is 10 ft wide. It is a single open studio with multiple styled areas, allowing for easy transitions between setups while still feeling spacious and uncluttered.

Cancellations must be made within the timeframe outlined in our booking policy: 48 hours in advance. Please review cancellation details before reserving your time.

Yes, password will be provided upon booking.

Please refrain from bringing food and drink into the studio. If drinks are a must, they need to have a lid.

There is a ZERO ANIMAL policy in our studio.

Yes, we have cameras setup in the common areas... none are present in the bathroom or changing area.

Yes, there is a large bathroom that is available to change clothes.

There may be other people present behind the main wall of the studio. This is also the home of The Marketing Broker. There are private offices in the back that will not disrupt your reservation of the studio in the front.
